The Vascular Surgeon is a Specialist who is in charge of the clinical and surgical study for the diagnosis and treatment of arterial and vein diseases. The clinical study is primarily based on non-invasive diagnostic analysis and doppler ultrasound and, subsequently, on angioRMN radiological procedures and digital arteriography.

Dr. Cosimo Capolongo was born in Foggia (Italy) on 21 October 1961 and graduated from the Liceo Classico A. Moro in Manfredonia.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Genoa (Italy) in 1990 and qualified as a Surgeon in November of the same year. He specialized in Vascular Surgery in 1995, at the Chair of Vascular Surgery of the same University, directed by Prof. Pietro Belardi.
He is a member of the Order of Medical Surgeons of the Balearic Islands at no. 070711250 from 09/09/2019.
His curriculum includes the positions of Assistant, Operational Aid and Availability at the Emergency Service of the Vascular Surgery Division of the “Center Hospitalier Princesse Grace” in Monaco, directed by Dr. André Marsan.
He is a member of the Italian Society of Clinical and Experimental Phlebology.
He is currently a specialist in private clinics.
